The pool area includes a cabana accented by 14 brick arches, masonry fireplace, and large open sitting area with vaulted ceiling and beam trusses - perfect for relaxing among neighbors or hosting a special event.

The expansive pool provides a children’s wading area and the curved appeal of a resort. Next to the pool area is a children’s play area, complete with play gym and the 14-acre park with majestic oaks.

In the development, you will find a spectacular park of approximately 15 acres. Within the park, there are also two stocked ponds, 20 feet deep for fishing leisure. The park also features an amphitheater for community activities and an open field for sports.
