About The Developer

Richard Carmouche graduated from LSU, and has worked in the construction/development industry over 35 years. During his early years as a builder, he specialized in the custom home market, primarily building high-end residences in exclusive developments of the Baton Rouge area. Carmouche has developed residential and commercial properties and has garnered a reputation for success.

His properties, such as Woodgate Crossing, Jefferson Highlands, LaSalle Parc, Lakeshore Gardens, Oaks on the Bluffs, and The Province at Moss Side, speak for themselves. He is a leader in the Baton Rouge community, serving on several committees, is a board member of the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition, and is a member of the Capital Region Builders Association.
